Egg Caserole

Ingredients

1 lb. Sausage

10 Eggs

3 cups milk

1 cup cheddar cheese grated

1.5 teaspoons dry mustard

1 pinch salt

4 slices bread

Directions

Fry sausage and drain

Beat eggs

cut bread into cubes

Combine all ingredients. Put into 9 X 13 inch greased pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Remove cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out dry.
